　　2 One or two days in advance, but not too early, no more than two days, bring the pet and the epidemic prevention certificate to the nearby veterinary station (must be recognized by the railway department, such as Chaoyang Veterinary Station ((you can call the railway veterinary station at 51840893 for inquiries, they will tell you where the nearest veterinary station is))) for a physical examination, registration fee 5 yuan, examination 30 yuan.
Obtain a health certificate. The check includes pressing and inspecting the ears and skin. Then use the health certificate to exchange upstairs >, paying 10 yuan...
　　3 One day in advance, bring the pet to the railway veterinary station (animal quarantine station) next to the south gate of Beijing Jiaotong University, call 51840893 for inquiries; this step is free of charge. If the pet is troublesome, you can skip bringing it. This time I didn’t know I had to bring it, so I didn’t, plus it’s too far from Shuangjing by taxi.
Then after negotiating with the lady in charge of stamping, the stamp was given. It is said there are two stamp officers, one easy to talk to and the other not. Looks like I was lucky, it was the easy one.
　　4 On the day of the train, 2-3 hours in advance, bring the pet in a special airline box (you can also make an iron cage yourself, but containers like cardboard boxes are not allowed), to the freight consignment station at the train station (inquiry number 51824244) to handle consignment procedures.
If the previous procedures are complete, it is very simple: just present the immunity certificate, exit quarantine certificate, and the train ticket for that day, then receive a form to fill out, weigh the pet, and pay the fee (unknown cost, not handled by myself), reportedly not costing much.
　　5 After completing the certification, the owner cannot leave, must stay with the pet until accompanying the pet into the cargo carriage and settling the pet in. Of course, the owner can then return to their own train carriage to sit.
After arriving at the destination station, claim the pet with the pickup slip.
