　　Whippet racing dogs are probably the fastest-running animals on Earth next to cheetahs. Originating in Italy, the Whippet is a champion on the track, averaging speeds of 60 km/h, and is the fastest dog breed in terms of foot speed.

　　1. German Shepherd Jumping Ability
　　Jumping ability is tested in competitions. The required jump height is no less than 1.5 times the dog’s height, and the obstacle width no less than 2.5 times the height. Racing dogs can jump distances of 548 cm while German Shepherds can jump 609 cm. Well-trained military, police, and guard dogs must be able to overcome heights of 243 cm, with some even capable of jumping over 356 cm wooden walls.
