　　【Causes and Symptoms】

　　This disease is caused by small perforated cat scabies mites parasitizing the face, ears, neck, and other areas. At the beginning of infection, the head and ears itch unbearably, making the cat scratch and bite itself, shaking its head back and forth. The scabies-affected areas lose hair, bleed due to scratching, then suppurate and form crusty hardened sores resembling scalp lesions. These symptoms may also spread to the head and around the genital area, and occasionally, it can be transmitted to humans.
