How to Train a Kitten to Play Dead?

To train a pet cat definitely requires the owner to have enough patience and perseverance. In life, we have seen dogs "play dead," but actually for pet cats, as long as the owner can train scientifically, it can also perform this trick. So, how should owners train kittens to learn to play dead?
Playing dead means being motionless or appearing to sleep, making people think the animal has lost reflex and consciousness. When training cats, owners should first teach them to "lie down." The owner needs to give the command "lie down," then give the "sleep" command while gently rolling the cat onto its side, its head falling straight down, holding this position for a while, and then gently stroking it to keep it calm.
Training a pet cat requires sufficient perseverance and patience from the owner. For cats, training the action to walk down or lie down may need to be repeated hundreds of times. During the process of training a kitten to play dead, at the beginning, the owner can lay it flat on the ground by hand, then lightly press its head down so it lies still on the floor. After doing this several times until it moves less, feed it some treats after it gets up, lightly pat its body, and after a few times, let it lie down again. Repeat this training to strengthen the cat’s memory and form a conditioned reflex so that it can better complete the play dead training.
