    Many military units use them as police dogs, so they bark at any disturbance. Their bark is very loud to alert their owners of danger, but they do not distinguish the time. Most families now live in cities, which easily disturbs neighbors' sleep. The next day, neighbors might come knocking, because people care a lot about their health nowadays and go to bed early. This may cause neighbors to complain every day, which many owners cannot bear.
