Dogs are our most loyal companions, and in some specific work environments, we need them to help us. So, what are the most basic commands to train them? I will introduce them to you in detail.

1. Stand.
      This word itself does not require deliberate training. What we need to train is to maintain the standing time and posture.
      2. Sit.

      When training the dog to sit on command, we can use our hand to support the dog's butt to help him sit properly. Note that when supporting the dog by hand, you should face the dog directly. At the same time, issue the "sit" command to the dog. After the entire training is complete, the dog needs to maintain this posture for about 10 to 15 seconds, then the training is considered finished.
      3. Lie down.
      When training this command, the dog needs to have all four limbs on the ground and be steady. As we issue the "lie" command, use your hand to press on the dog's back to apply some force, encouraging the dog to lie down on the ground. Similarly, this posture needs to be held for 10 to 15 seconds.
      4. Prone.
      The prone and lie down commands are similar; the only difference is that lying down ends with a still posture, whereas after the prone command, there will be a next step command.
      5. Drop it.
      The purpose of this training is to make the dog obey the trainer's arrangement to drop items at a specified location after retrieving them.
      6. Shake hands.
      For the shake hands command, first hold the dog's front paws. Then make it stand, use the other hand to hold the dog's right front paw and gently shake it up and down. During these actions, give the "shake" command. Let the dog keep the gesture for about 10 to 15 seconds, then release.
      7. Don't move.
      This training corresponds with steadiness, requiring the dog to maintain a standard standing posture and standing time while stationary.
      8. Bow.
      When training the bow action, the first half is the same as the first half of the shake hands training—pull out the dog's two front legs with both hands, lift the dog to stand upright, then bring the dog's two front paws together and gently shake them up and down. At the same time, issue the "bow" command. The duration is the same as the previous training.
      9. Circle.
 This training requires the trainer to first lift the dog's two front legs, letting the dog's hind legs touch the ground and then release alternately while the dog spins in place. Give the dog the "turn" command. Then, holding the dog's two front limbs with one hand, continue to rotate until the dog can spin independently with slight prompting.
      10. Roll over.
      The trainer can press the dog's back with one hand to command it to lie down, then use the other hand to support the dog's belly, gently rolling the dog over. Afterwards, let the dog lie on the ground or stand steady on all four limbs. At the same time, give it the command "roll." There is no specific duration limit for this or for circling until the dog masters this action skillfully.
