Precautions for Purchasing Chihuahua Dogs

Chihuahua
Because Chihuahuas are relatively small and naturally fragile, what issues should be noted when purchasing them? What points should be considered to avoid being deceived by unscrupulous sellers? The editor offers some tips.
1. After you decide to purchase a Chihuahua puppy, pay attention to whether the seller provides diet and training information and the puppy’s health records. Be sure to inquire clearly about the number and type of vaccinations the Chihuahua puppy has received.
2. When visiting a professional breeder, first arrange a fixed time and try not to change it repeatedly. Upon arriving at the breeder’s home or shop, first observe the surroundings to see if they are kept very clean and if there is any unbearable odor.
3. Chihuahua puppies should have appropriate social training and be confident, without any aggressive tendencies. Don’t forget to ask to see the puppy’s parents, at least ask for a photo of the father and find out why this stud was chosen to breed the puppies.
4. It is best to purchase Chihuahua puppies around two months of age, and no older than six months. Raising Chihuahua puppies from an early age allows them to gradually adapt to their owner’s lifestyle. Adult Chihuahuas with many ingrained habits are not easy to correct or train.
