The best way to prevent dog fights is naturally to use leashes well. This is a very good guarantee that at least we can control whether our dog contacts strange dogs. If the strange dog is of a friendly breed, it might be okay to let your dog meet them. But if the other dog behaves unfriendly, it’s better to avoid contact altogether.
