Pet dogs are not allowed to be shipped by express. 　According to the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Postal Administration, “all live animals” are prohibited from mailing. 　　According to the Postal Law: postal enterprises and courier companies that do not establish or enforce recipient inspection systems, or violate laws, administrative regulations, and relevant provisions of the State Council and its departments regarding prohibited or restricted items in mail and express deliveries, may be ordered by postal authorities to suspend business rectification up to revocation of courier business licenses.
