Can humans with rabies be cured? Almost impossible
Humans with rabies are very difficult to cure. After contracting this disease, the mortality rate can reach 100%. Therefore, in daily life, if there are any suspected rabies cases, one must pay attention and never take it lightly, especially for those who like to keep small animals. Extra caution is needed in this regard. Rabies is caused by the rabies virus. In daily life, for example, when a kitten accidentally scratches you, causing a wound, this wound must be properly treated. Also, tetanus must be prevented, and anti-inflammatory treatment is needed to avoid infection.

Rabies is an acute infectious disease that affects both humans and animals, but current scientific technology cannot identify certain aspects of the rabies virus, so rabies is still very hard to treat. Rabies has an incubation period before showing symptoms and it tends to affect children more because their immunity is weaker. In the early stage of the disease, the virus is in an excited state, and patients will experience low body temperature, loss of appetite, nausea, headache, and body fatigue. However, these symptoms resemble a cold. So many people do not take it seriously. Since a cold is not a serious illness, and many keep cold medicine at home, people tend not to see a doctor, but this negligence could lead to future regret.

Next, symptoms of fear appear, along with restlessness about the surrounding environment. Patients become more sensitive to sound, light, wind, and pain. Seeing or hearing these triggers causes full-body convulsions and pain. There is also a feeling of tightness in the throat. Rabies can also be called hydrophobia. Later, a strong fear of water develops. Whether drinking real water or just hearing the sound of flowing water, the throat will react. The rabies virus causes excessive saliva secretion. Eventually, symptoms like strabismus appear because the eye muscle movements are impaired. Patients may even become paralyzed and bedridden.

This tells us that in life we must pay close attention to our health. Even if it’s just a cold, we need to find out what it really is. We must take good care of ourselves because health is the foundation of everything, otherwise, the one who suffers is yourself.
