Cats, like humans, will feel where it is comfortable to sleep and want to sleep there. If the cat's little house is not as comfortable as the sofa or a human bed, it will definitely sleep on the sofa or with its owner on the bed.

So, first of all, you need to design a warm, soft, comfortable, and dependable nest for the cat. You can also put a soft cushion inside the cat nest so that it can sleep in a comfortable environment. However, when making the cat nest, it should have a sense of privacy; cats like to crawl into places about their own size but with openings to crawl back out. They also like to sleep in places with good feng shui, which gives cats a sense of security and peace when sleeping. Also, good scenery is nice—it's so comfortable to rest while looking at beautiful views. It is recommended to make the cat nest even more comfortable than the owner's bed. This way, the cat will rely more on its own nest and will not go to the owner’s bed.

Second, if the cat sleeps on the bed, wait until it falls asleep, then carry it to the cat nest to sleep.

Third, you can put some of the cat's shed hair in its nest. This way, the cat nest will have a scent that makes the cat feel very comfortable and at ease, with its own smell. Having the cat’s scent easily attracts it to a place; the nest is no exception.

Fourth, you can put some of the owner’s clothes or similar items in the cat nest, as cats are used to sleeping and playing in places with their owner's scent.

Fifth, before sleep, feed the cat in its own nest. If it refuses, think of a strategy—for example, if the cat obediently goes to sleep in the nest, give it some small rewards.

Sixth, you can sprinkle some catnip in the cat nest in advance, as cats quite like it.

Seventh, this method is a bit harsh but very effective: place the cat nest on the balcony. Although it is bleak, you can forcibly close the balcony; once closed, only the cat nest will be the warmest place, so the cat will have to return to its nest to sleep. Over time, it will get used to sleeping in its own nest.

Eighth, put some small toys in the cat nest, preferably soft toys, to attract it even more. Cats also want a companion.
