       Most people have seen dogs fighting each other, so they inevitably wonder which type of dog is stronger in a fight. Usually, the fierce Tibetan Mastiff is considered the top fighting force among dogs, but is that really the case? Let’s take a look at the ranking of the most powerful dogs to understand which breeds might be dark horses and which ones have surprising rankings.

       First place: Pit Bull, full name American Pit Bull Terrier. Pit Bulls are born to fight; they have solid and tough muscles with incredible endurance. Coupled with their unyielding and fearless character, they can always overpower other dogs in fights.        Third place: Dogo Argentino. Although physically and muscle-wise slightly weaker than the above two breeds, the Dogo Argentino is naturally fierce, has a bad temper, and is extremely agile with swift movements. During fights, its flexibility and ferocious temperament help achieve impressive results.

       Fourth place: Caucasian Shepherd Dog. The fighting advantage of the Caucasian Shepherd lies in its massive size and weight. It is one of the largest fierce dog breeds in the world, even bigger than the Tibetan Mastiff.

       Perhaps this ranking confuses many people; the Tibetan Mastiff, known for its fierceness, is only placed fifth. But this is indeed the fact.
