Folded Ear Cat
Aerobics is a sport combining gymnastics, music, and dance that pursues health and beauty,
【Training Tips】
1. Chest Expansion
Method: Stand upright, clasp both hands behind the back, press shoulders down tightly, raise the arms along with the chest as high as possible. Inhale through the nose as much oxygen as possible when raising the arms, exhale when lowering.
2. Calming Alternate Breathing
Method: Sit up straight, place the right finger on the right nostril, press the left nostril closed, inhale for 5 seconds through the right nostril. Lower the thumb to close the right nostril, hold breath for 5 seconds, then release the left nostril to exhale for 5 seconds. Then inhale through the left nostril and exhale through the right nostril.
3. Neck Stretching Forest Pose
Method: Stand upright, gently tilt the head to the right side, lightly place the right ear on the right shoulder, breathe evenly and deeply through the nose; after one minute, switch sides. Relax, regulate breathing, combine with meditation, use food as a reward, and pull the mind toward positivity as much as possible for better effect.
4. Waist and Abdomen Slimming Method
Method: Stand upright, legs about 1 meter apart, toes forward. Take deep breaths, slowly raise the left hand over the head, exhale, slowly lean the body to the right side, place the right hand beside the right leg, breathe normally, hold the posture for 5–10 seconds. Take a deep breath, slowly return the body, exhale, lower the arms, relax. Switch to the right arm to do the same movement.
Long hours of sleeping and maintaining one posture at home easily cause pressure on the spine, leading to local muscle fatigue, which in turn triggers cervical spine pain, muscle strain, and other issues. However, aerobics has various social and cultural functions such as sports, dance, music, and aesthetic education. Through aerobics exercise, it improves the cat’s physical fitness, enhances health, shapes the body, controls weight, lifts the spirit, and cultivates temperament, achieving the “three health” goals.
