Four Games Cats Like

Cats
Are you still bored playing all day with a cat teaser wand? Or did you buy toys for your cat to play with on their own? Actually, we can easily play with our cats. The following four small games will make playing with your cat no longer monotonous.
1. Stair Chase
Your cat is upstairs and you are downstairs. Have your cat sit at the front of the stairs, back against the wall, and show a ping pong ball by taking one or two steps up. Bounce the ball below then throw it upwards. Your cat will run to you while chasing it. When the ball reaches the bottom, your cat is probably behind the ping pong ball. Throw the ball upwards again. Keep tossing the ball until your cat gets tired.
2. Bathtub Chase
Place a ping pong ball in a clean bathtub. Remove shampoo and soap, and block the drain so the ping pong ball doesn't escape. Your cat is in the bathtub and you bounce the ping pong ball. Because the ball bounces, your cat will chase it. If the ball starts to slow down, give it a push to get it moving again and keep your cat interested.
3. String Chase
Tie an aluminum core ball, hollow plastic ball, or catnip mouse to a three-foot-long hemp string. Pull it in front of you, on cat furniture, or on your stairs. Let your cat chase it. When playing this game, be sure to let your cat catch it so they can feel like a successful hunter.
4. Shadow on the Wall
Turn off all the lights at night, and use a large flashlight to cast a beam of light on a nearby wall. Shake or move elastic cat toys and other small objects in the light beam. Shadows repeatedly race up and down the wall. Your cat will leap at the wall trying to catch the shadows. (Source:PetsZone)
