What to do with insurance when the car hits a person?
1. First report the case
2. Assess the extent of the damage, then report to the traffic police or use rapid claims according to the insurance company's requirements, or negotiate by yourself
3. According to liability, if the other party is fully responsible, you just ask them to compensate you.
4. The insurance company's appraiser will assess the damage to your car
5. After appraisal, repair the car
7. After the repair, bring the invoice, both parties' driving licenses, appraisal report, accident identification report (or agreement recognized by the insurance company) to the insurance company for claim processing
You need to figure out whose responsibility it is. If you can't find the other party now or they have left, in this case, the insurance company generally compensates up to 70%, or may not compensate at all.
Handle it with the traffic police first, then call the insurance company
