Chow Chow

　　The Chow Chow’s temperament is quite different from its appearance. The Chow Chow looks very docile and cute on the surface and seems very gentle. However, the Chow Chow is a relatively aloof, independent, and stubborn dog. They are not as approachable as they appear. If accidentally angered, they may even bite. So what should you do if a Chow Chow bites, and how should we train them?

　　Generally, Chow Chows do not bite; they can treat their owners in a friendly and calm manner. Chow Chows have their own dignity and ways of thinking. They do not like being teased or played with. If humans intentionally tease them, the Chow Chow will initially ignore you. If the teasing continues, the Chow Chow will shift from calm to angry, which may result in biting.

　　If the Chow Chow shows biting behavior, the owner must promptly stop and comfort it. You can stroke its head or speak to it softly. After its emotions stabilize, give it some reward. If it does not listen, you must loudly reprimand it and educate it, so it knows that this behavior is unacceptable.
