　　1. First, create a “fairy tale world” for it. Avoid times in the neighborhood environment that easily cause external disturbances, and take the dog to a small environment without outside food or human interference, allowing the dog three to five minutes of free playtime.

　　2. At the same time, use food in your hand to train the dog to obey commands, letting it know that though the outside world is wonderful, food and rewards can only come from your hand.

　　3. When the puppy is no longer easily tempted by the outside world, you can start to expand its social environment by allowing gentler neighborhood dogs to gradually interact with it.
