How Dogs Express Stress

Dogs
Seeing dogs’ cute appearances, people can’t help but take up the camera to capture the moment. Just as you’re about to press the shutter: “Oh no! It turned its head away again!” It even peeks at you from the corner of its eyes.
Could dogs be shy too? Or do they have some kind of “camera shyness” condition? In fact, “turning the head away” is a dog’s calming signal language. When dogs turn their heads, it means they are feeling stressed and are trying to calm themselves. At the same time, it is telling the other party: “What you’re doing makes me a little nervous or scared, please stop or calm down.”
Owners who use punishment or violent training methods mostly do so because they don’t understand how dogs express themselves and often misinterpret the dog’s behavior. If we can recognize calming signals, when people understand dog language, better communication can be achieved.
