Generally when this drooling symptom occurs, the dog usually dies within two to four days, because rabies progresses very rapidly.

Third, if your dog suddenly loves to bite things or people, you need to be very cautious, because dogs with rabies go mad and bite people everywhere. At this time, you should isolate the dog to prevent it from biting others and causing the spread of rabies.

Fourth, if your dog becomes unusually excited compared to usual, you should pay attention. For example, the dog is excited everywhere rather than excited at you, and it refuses to eat any food. It becomes very sensitive to light and fearful of water, which is definitely a sign of rabies. At the same time, the dog may also show signs of restlessness, irritability, and keep moving around.
