4. Finally, bring the "Land Planning Permit", "Business License", "Animal Epidemic Prevention Qualification and Environmental Certificate", "Tax Registration Certificate", etc., to the construction bureau to apply for the "Construction Permit".
5. After obtaining the above five certificates, you can build the livestock farm and ancillary buildings according to the planned design. Remember to report to the construction bureau and the inspection and quarantine bureau for acceptance after completion.
