A dog's fractured bone cannot heal by itself. When a dog fractures a bone, it means the bone is broken, displaced, or not in its original place. If the dog shows abnormal symptoms during this process, it must be sent to the hospital. Symptoms like loss of appetite or dehydration can occur during this period. Once they appear, take the dog to the hospital for infusion (IV). After injury, you can give the dog Yunnan Baiyao because it has anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effects. You can also supplement with vitamin D or glucose injection to nourish it.

Within the first week after a dog’s bone is fractured, it is in a very painful state. During this time, the owner should give more comfort. Since the dog cannot exercise when injured, it is inevitable for it to feel irritated. During its injury period, it is best not to put it in a cage because that is not conducive to its recovery. But before recovery, do not allow it to exercise. When going out with it, always use a leash to restrain its movement to avoid accidents and for its safety.
