Some cat owners like to sleep with their cats, putting them into their own bed feels very warm. Actually, we do not recommend cats sleeping together with the owner. First, if the cat is playful and jumping around on the bed, it affects the owner's sleep. Second, if the owner does not sleep soundly and accidentally rolls over the cat, that would be bad. Also, if the cat's hygiene is not well maintained, bacteria on the cat can easily transmit to the owner. So how do we train cats to sleep in a fixed place?

　　First, before adopting a cat, prepare a sleeping nest or box for it, and fill it with some warm cotton pads or straw. It is suggested that during especially cold winters, a heating hot water bag should be placed inside the nest, so the cat will think its own nest is the warmest place.

　　Second, after all preparations are done, if the cat still refuses to go to its own nest and tries to get into the owner's bed, the owner should say the command "No" and put the cat back into its own nest. During this process, the owner should not get annoyed, because one or two times may not show any effect; training needs to be repeated. Additionally, if necessary, external means like covers can be used to force the cat to sleep inside, at least to have a limiting effect.

　　Over time, your cat will naturally go to its own nest whenever it wants to sleep, because this behavior will have become a habit. As you can see, spending some time training your cat to sleep in a fixed place can save you from many troubles later on. If your cat also shows similar behavior, it is recommended to act immediately.
