Ragdoll Cat
Pseudopregnancy is rarely seen in cats and is related to the secretion of luteal hormone by the ovaries after ovulation or endometritis of the uterus, though the exact cause is unclear.
After the cat’s estrus period, the mammary glands and abdomen enlarge, milk is secreted, and uterine fluid can be discharged near the expected delivery time. In severe cases, hormone therapy or sedatives can be used. For recurrent episodes, ovariohysterectomy may be considered. (Source:PetsZone)
