　　【1. Prepare a Bed】

　　Before bringing the home, prepare a pet bed or box with cotton padding or straw inside. In winter, also place a hot water bottle in it or put the bed in a warm place, so the will sleep there regularly every day.

　　【2. Issue Commands】

　　If you find the cat unwilling to return to its bed and instead sleeps in a person's bedding, the cat owner should give the command "No.";

　　At the same time, put the cat back into its own bed and cover the box with a wire mesh cover to force the cat to sleep inside.

　　After repeating this training several times, the cat will gradually develop a good habit of sleeping in a fixed place. Some cats like to crawl into the owner's bed to sleep, which is a bad habit because some cat diseases like ringworm and toxoplasmosis can easily be transmitted to humans. Therefore, training cats not to get on the bed is necessary.

　　Moreover, cats should be trained to sleep in their own beds. Before training, prepare a warm and comfortable bed for the cat. In winter, lay straw or mats inside the bed. In southern regions without heating, place a hot water bottle in the cat's bed. If the cat still refuses to sleep there, cover the bed with a cover to prevent it from escaping. After several training sessions, the cat will stop running out and naturally avoid crawling under the blankets.

　　If cats like to get on the bed or crawl under the blankets during the day, pat the cat's hindquarters and scold it loudly to chase it off. Because cats are very sensitive to their owner's emotions, after repeated training, the bad habit of getting on the bed can be changed. If this method doesn't work, the owner can try the following:

　　Prepare 2–4 toy water guns in advance. When the cat is found on the bed, the owner can stand where the cat cannot see and spray water at the cat using a water gun filled with water. The cat will immediately flee after the sudden attack. Repeating this several times will stop the cat from climbing on the bed. It is important not to let the cat see the person spraying, or this method will be ineffective.
