How to Train Cats to Sleep by Themselves

Cats like warmth and sometimes like to burrow into clothes piles or blankets and not come out. Cat lovers often don’t mind this behavior, but it is actually very unhygienic and can easily bring many germs to other family members. Therefore, it is necessary to restrain and strictly train the beloved cat to help it break these bad habits.
1. Cat bed or cat house
Owners should first prepare a soft, warm cat bed or cat house for it, placing the cat bed in a warm, quiet, and well-ventilated place.
2. Provide lighting and warmth
Owners can place some hot water bottles or use bulbs to provide lighting and warmth inside the cat bed, making it warm and comfortable so it can stay safely and comfortably in the cat bed without coveting the owner’s warm quilt anymore.
3. Drive the cat off the bed
When owners find the cat burrowing into the quilt, they can loudly scold the cat to stop its actions, drive it off the bed, or gently pat its forehead or hindquarters to make it take warning.
