Balkan Hound

　　The Balkan Hound, also known as the Balkan Gonić, is mainly raised as a hunting working dog and companion dog. The beautiful, quiet, and elegant Balkan Hound is a natural hunter. Its strong physique, especially the well-developed shoulder muscles, allows it to chase prey in rugged mountains.

　　Dark brown eyes, thin and moderately long ears, a long head with a broad forehead gradually narrowing toward the snout, a wide and deep chest, dense black-brown outer coat with an undercoat of downy hair, arched toes with sharp claws.

　　Height: 43 cm to 53 cm, Weight: 19 kg to 20 kg.

　　Black and tan short hair.
　　4. Lifespan
　　12 years.

　　Generally suitable for children, not suitable for city life, can adapt to cold climates, does not require frequent grooming, needs a lot of physical training.
