       Many owners may find in daily life that dogs like to jump onto their beds. Although some owners don't mind, we do not support this because once it becomes a habit, it is difficult to stop the dog from getting on the bed. Dogs run outside every day, weaving through grass and public facilities (including trash bins), so they inevitably pick up bacteria and dust on their bodies. When they get on the bed afterwards, it is not a good thing for the owner. To prevent this situation, owners can start training their dogs when they are puppies.

       Actually, there are reasons why puppies get on the bed. Some puppies see their owners lying on the bed resting and think they can get on the bed to rest too. For dogs with this idea, owners should stop them immediately when they see the puppy about to get on the bed, then take them to their own bed to rest.

       Some dogs get on the bed to beg for food or to play with the owner. For such cases, owners must pay attention to two issues during daily care: First, do not feed the dog snacks while sitting on the bed. Some owners like to eat on the bed, and dogs see this and beg, and most owners often give some snacks, so over time, the dog develops the habit of jumping on the bed to beg. Second, do not hold puppies on the bed. Owners hold puppies on the bed without concern and play with them because they are small. After puppies taste this sweet treatment, they will keep demanding to get on the bed, even though you might no longer want them to do so.

       To quickly and effectively stop puppies from getting on the bed, owners should use different methods based on the situation. For example, if the dog understands your intention immediately, you can give them some rewards; if the dog keeps demanding to get on the bed, you can give them a small punishment.
